This article is about how human brain waves have evolved and are currently matched to the Earth's electromagnetic frequencies (due to evolving on Earth, of course). However, with the electromagnetic pollution currently occuring everywhere, we're fucking with the distance of the ionosphere to the Earth, changing the frequencies and patterns. This article goes into some of the possible consequences evolving from this (and explains such things as, for instance, why there are more incidents of cancer near large electromagnetic sources). My suspicion is that it has been reverse-engineered, which helps things fit very nicely into the theme, but it is well written and researched and I think it is exactly places like this where the crossover between east and west are happening today.
